If a user does not agree with these Terms, the user should not access or use GII services.
These Terms are intended to apply to all current and future services offered under the GII brand, unless a separate written agreement or product-specific term expressly overrides a portion of these Terms.

2. About GII
GII is an education and preparation brand operated by Sirken Education Pvt. Ltd. GII provides CAT preparation, mock tests, GDPI preparation, learning resources, online courses, performance analysis, forums, community features and related services for aspirants preparing for IIM and management-admission journeys.
GII may deliver services through its own website, third-party learning management systems, mock test platforms, communication tools, payment gateways, video platforms, community systems, analytics tools and other service providers. These tools help GII provide preparation support, course access, assessments, reports, communications, support and community features.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement
GII services are available only to users who are 18 years of age or above and who are competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law. By using GII services, the user represents that the user is at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
GII does not knowingly permit users below 18 years of age to register, purchase or participate in GII services. If GII discovers that a user below 18 years of age has created an account or used the services, GII may suspend or terminate the account and take appropriate steps regarding the related data, subject to applicable law and the GII Privacy Policy.

4. Scope of Services
GII services may include free and paid offerings. These may include mock tests, diagnostic tests, CAT preparation courses, GDPI programmes, learning materials, recorded classes, live classes, doubt support, current-affairs resources, interview preparation, group discussion practice, written-ability preparation, forums, community discussions, performance dashboards, reports, newsletters and other products or services introduced from time to time.
The exact features, access duration, eligibility, deliverables, schedule, faculty, format, pricing and terms of a programme may vary depending on the specific product or plan purchased or accessed by the user. Product pages, checkout pages, course descriptions, admission communications and programme-specific notices may contain additional terms that apply to that product.

5. Account Registration and Security
A user may need to create an account to access mock tests, reports, courses, LMS features, forums, community participation, paid programmes, communications or other GII services. The user agrees to provide accurate, complete and updated information during registration and throughout the use of GII services.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user's login credentials, OTPs, passwords, registered email ID, registered phone number and account access. The user must not share account access with any other person. If the user suspects unauthorised access, misuse, credential sharing, OTP compromise or any security issue, the user should immediately contact GII at hi@getintoiims.com.
GII may use OTPs, email verification, phone verification, password reset systems, device checks or other methods to secure accounts. GII may suspend, restrict or verify account access where it suspects unauthorised use, breach of these Terms, credential sharing, fraud, security risk or misuse of services.

6. User Responsibilities
Users must use GII services in a responsible, lawful and respectful manner. Users must not use GII services for cheating, unauthorised copying, commercial exploitation, harassment, spam, impersonation, misinformation, disruption, scraping, hacking, reverse engineering, unauthorised sharing of content or any activity that damages GII, other users, service providers, trainers, moderators or the integrity of the platform.
Users are responsible for their preparation decisions, participation, attendance, test-taking, communication, forum conduct, profile information and use of learning materials. Users must ensure that the information they provide to GII, including name, contact information, academic details, work experience, city, CAT Hall Ticket Number and payment information, is accurate and updated.

7. Free Mocks, Diagnostic Tools and Reports
GII may offer free mock tests, diagnostic tests, trial access, sample resources, baseline assessments, reports or other free features. These are provided to help users understand their preparation level, explore GII services and make informed preparation decisions.
Free mocks and diagnostic tools may be subject to eligibility, availability, technical limits, account registration, attempt restrictions, time limits, anti-cheating controls, platform rules and change without prior notice. GII may modify, suspend, withdraw or limit free mocks or reports at its discretion.
Mock scores, percentiles, rankings, analysis, predicted performance, reports and benchmarks are intended for preparation support and self-assessment. They may not perfectly predict CAT performance, official percentile, admission calls, GDPI outcomes or final admission results.

8. Paid Courses, Programmes and LMS Access
Paid courses and programmes may include live sessions, recorded sessions, LMS access, mock tests, assignments, study materials, GDPI resources, interview practice, group discussion practice, feedback, doubt support, community features, reports or other deliverables described on the relevant product page or purchase communication.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, payment aggregators, UPI providers, card networks or other payment service providers. By making a payment, the user agrees to comply with the applicable payment provider's terms, conditions, privacy policy and transaction rules.
GII does not intend to store sensitive payment authentication details such as full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords. GII may receive and retain limited transaction information such as transaction ID, payment status, amount, date, programme purchased, invoice information and other details required for enrolment, accounting, tax compliance, refunds, support and dispute resolution.
All prices, discounts, promotional offers and taxes are subject to correction, modification or withdrawal. If there is an error in pricing, offer terms, tax computation or product description, GII may correct the error and, where appropriate, provide the user with an option to continue or cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable policy and law.

10. Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers and Access Changes

For Live CAT Coaching courses and WAT & GDPI Preparation programmes, the refund window is determined with reference to the scheduled start time of the first session of the relevant course, batch or programme. The following refund rules apply unless a different written refund term is expressly communicated by GII for a specific product at the time of purchase.

If a user receives access to bundled products that include non-refundable mock series, digital resources, LMS access, recorded content or other non-refundable components, GII may deduct the value of such components while processing an approved refund, unless otherwise communicated in writing.

10.3 Refund Request Process
